Request a Free Presentation On How Bill, Lucy and Lisa Will Market and Sell Your Home Before signing a contract with any Realtor, you have the right to know, in detail, how your home will be marketed. You need this information to make the best decision because Realtors come in a vast array of skills, experience, and track records! We'll come to your home for a "Listing Presentation", an industry term for an organized presentation we will make to you, our prospective home seller. Together we'll walk through your home and grounds, taking note the positives and negatives (if any!). We'll discuss how we plan to market your home with the best possible price and within your time frame. We'll show you how we'll market and advertise your home in print and on the web. Today's realtors must be able to market your home extensively online. The Reindeer Team is among the most advanced web marketers. You'll also find out within what price range your home is in. Establishing a price range is part of our presentation which includes a CMA (Comparative Market Analysis) of your home. Your home will be compared to others like it that have recently sold, and also to others that are currently for sale. The CMA is a very important catalyst for determining the fair market value of your home. Bill, Lucy and Lisa would be very excited to have your permission to make a Listing Presentation for you! It is totally free, non-threatening and without any obligation. Call us for an appointment! We're Lucy, Bill and Lisa, and the number is: 615-377-1310. Or, fill out this form and one of us will contact you at your convenience.
Home Inspections >The Good Inspector
Structural inspection contingencies are a common feature of home purchase offers. A buyer is allowed a certain period of time to have an expert look over the home, examining the structure, plumbing, wiring, roof, and appliances to give the buyer a realistic idea of what they are getting into.
How do you find the right inspector? Look for an expert on pre-purchase home inspections, not simply a renovation contractor or a friend who can tell copper from galvanized pipes. There are specialists in most cities, or you can obtain a list from a real estate agent. Ask for recommendations from friends who have recently purchased homes. Most inspectors have some background in building or engineering, and have had additional training related specifically to residences. Call several companies, and ask about the background and training of the staff, as well as their rates.
