Isola Bella 1845, Williamson CountyLet's Focus In On The Local Neighborhoods of Brentwood, Nashville, Williamson County, Franklin and Thompson Station/Spring Hill
Southern Davidson County and Williamson
County of Middle Tennessee contain many separate and distinct communities that
blend together to make an attractive place to live. Our area is predominately a
"bedroom community". It's called this in our industry because it's consists of
mainly single-family residential homes. The business and commercial areas are
concentrated in Brentwood, Franklin, Green Hills and Cool Springs Mall and
business district. In southern Davidson County you'll find the Crieve Hall area
of older homes that young families have decided to fix up and move into,
creating a close community of family, school and church. Nearby are the Forest
Hills and the Oak Hill areas of stately homes, beautiful yards and scenic hills
full of natural vegetation. In the southwest corner of Davidson County is the
Bellevue area. It's also a bedroom community and a nice place to live if you
feel can't afford the homes in Brentwood and Franklin. Bellevue's Commercial
area is clustered around the Bellevue Mall and Inter-state highway 40 at the
Bellevue exit. In the southeastern part of Davidson County is the Antioch area.
Most of the homes here are lower priced and would fit entry level or first-time
homebuyers. The Hickory Hollow Mall area is the dominant shopping and
commercial location.

In northern Williamson County is the town of
Brentwood, a historic town that has recently enjoyed a rebirth as a highly
desirable place to do business and to locate a family. Brentwood, for the most
part, is a higher end, upscale community. It features the popular Maryland
Farms business district and many beautiful neighborhoods carved out of old
horse and dairy farms. Here you will find a little more elbowroom. In eastern
Williamson County is the town of Nolensville. Originally a small rural hamlet,
it's beginning to grow like some other parts of Williamson County but more
moderately priced. It's a first move-up type of neighborhood. To the western
side of Williamson County you'll find Fairview. Homes in Fairview are more
moderately priced than most in Williamson County. And one exciting thing about
Fairview is that it's been able to keep its country flare. You could class this
little town as entry level to first move-up. One thing going for the Fairview
community is Inter-State 840 is being completed. This will make the area much
more accessible.

South of Franklin
And in the center of it all in Williamson
County is the historic old town of Franklin. Here you'll find everything from
the quaint downtown Franklin Square, full of shops and restaurants, to the
thriving business and retail area of Cool Springs. Neighborhoods around
Franklin vary widely in size, shape and price - from affordable to high end.
Many contain swim and tennis communities, walking and bike trails and
neighborhood schools.
There are lots of other little
unincorporated villages in Williamson County. There's Arrington, Leiper's Fork,
Thompson Station, Bethesda, Duplex, Paytonsville, Cross Keys, Bending Chestnut,
Triune and many more just as wonderful. When you think of little hamlets like
these, you can still think rural and in the country. We have much for you to
choose from in our small part of Middle Tennessee, from the hurried pace of
urban life and close to everything, to getting away to much more room, with
deer, turkey, the Whipperwill and so quiet that you can hear your heart beat.
Ah! The rolling hills and pastures of Middle Tennessee.

Cosmetic Improvements >Cosmetic Repairs
The better your home in looks while it is on the market, the more likely it is to sell quickly, and for the best price. When you have a listing appointment with a real estate agent, the agent will provide a detailed market analysis along with the advantages of listing with their company. He or she will then go through your home with you and make suggestions about cosmetic repairs that will help to present your home at its best.
The real estate agent's recommendations can make some sellers uncomfortable and a little defensive because they are reminders of all the "little" projects they have postponed. Real estate agent's occasionally encounter a homeowner who "has it all together", but such people are rare! Most sellers need suggestions about repairs that will make their home show well, and providing these ideas is an important part of a real estate agent's job.
